Rev. Dr. Michelle Johnson is a born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. She is an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and is a member of the Palmetto Annual Conference of the 7th Episcopal District; where the Right Reverend Samuel L. Green, Sr., is the Presiding Prelate.
Dr. Johnson earned the Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University, the Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, the Ph.D. in Religion from Claremont Graduate University and the Certificate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
She holds the position of Senior Scientific Reviewer in the Department of Clinical Investigation at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX.
Dr. Johnson is a much sought after educator, preacher and revivalist. Her ministry focuses on eliminating the spiritual, social, physical and economic barriers that prohibit the healthy growth and empowerment of God’s people.
She is a featured preacher at conferences and conventions and conducts workshops and training for clergy and laity. Dr. Johnson serves as a consultant to local Churches on matters of Church growth and the analysis and resolution of congregational conflicts. She is a trusted mentor to clergy colleagues and seminarians.
Dr. Johnson is also the author of “Wednesday’s Word of Truth,” a weekly internet publication that focuses on the life application teachings of Jesus the Christ
